Year/ Decade – from the little helmet the logo character is wearing, this is a WW2 pattern, however unlike the small size of the many Bestway patterns I have, this was printed on bigger paper. This makes me think it is from 1939, 1940 or 1941 rather than the later years of the war, when shortages would have been greater leading to it being printed on smaller paper. However, it mentions coupons on page 3, which were introduced in the UK in 1941.

In the picture it looks textured, but from reading the suggested materials it is also multicolored.
